FORGE is a 6-day leadership program () conducted by Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship at , aimed at enhancing the skills of young student leaders studying in premier institutes of India by gaining in-depth perspectives on evangelism, strategic thinking, and servant leadership skills. This will be a residential program and the language used will be English.
Eligibility: Christian professionals with at least 2 years of corporate experience, aged 25–45, proficiency in English, and an undergraduate degree.
Selection: application review and referral checks — there is no interview round. Participants make their own travel arrangements to the venue.
Commitment: pass on the learning you receive at FORGE Workplace.
